Your jobs
Every job you have given us, organized in one place.
Every AMP job runs through one connected system, from customer and equipment to reports, deliverables, and invoice. Approved work lands in your ampOS ACCESS account, included with our testing work at no added cost.
ampOS is the web-based operating system we built for our own field crews, engineers, and office staff. It is not off-the-shelf software and not a folder of spreadsheet templates. Every job we run goes through it.
Each report belongs to a specific asset, job, and customer. That traceability is what lets our team find, review, approve, package, and release work without a scavenger hunt through email and shared drives.
ampOS ACCESS is our secure client portal at access.ampos.io. Sign in with your own login and see the work we have completed for your company.

Every job you have given us, organized in one place.
See the actual equipment attached to each job, not just a folder of file names.
View approved reports in the browser, download PDFs, and filter by report type.
Flag a report with a written reason. Our team is emailed and the report enters our approval queue as Flagged.
Update your company profile and invite or remove people without calling our office.
Add as many users as you need, send email invitations, work from any device, and pick light or dark mode.
Security, stated plainly
ampOS ACCESS is a read-only window into your approved work. It is not a public file share and not an editing tool.
Reports appear only after internal review and approval. Draft and in-review work is never exposed.
You can view, download, and flag. You cannot edit reports or upload replacements.
Postgres row-level security restricts your account to your company's records, even if the front end is bypassed.
Downloads use short-lived signed links from a private storage bucket, not public file URLs.
If a report needs to be pulled back, unpublishing removes it from your account immediately.
Access is granted per person and can be removed without affecting anyone else at your company.

Clean reporting starts before the PDF. Every technician fills out the same structured form, every reviewer sees the same workflow, and every report you receive lands in the same finished layout.
Switchgear and switchboards, panelboards, dry-type and liquid-filled transformers, LV/MV circuit breakers, LV/MV cables including VLF and hipot, instrument transformers, and LV/MV switches.
The same fields, units, and layout on every job keep report sets consistent across crews and years.
Pass/fail results display as clear badges instead of leaving you to calculate the outcome.
Temperature correction and calculated fields are handled in the report, not worked out by hand.
Draft → in review → approved → sent. Review age starts at the test date so work cannot quietly age out.
Reports, a cover letter, and an executive summary become one correctly paginated, server-rendered PDF.
Arrow keys and Enter move through test grids with auto-select, so technicians can stay off the mouse.
A drag-and-drop builder with 20+ prebuilt components supports forms built for your company or a specific specification.
The Windows and macOS desktop app runs report forms without internet, stores locally, and exports to ampOS later.
The report is not a disconnected output. ampOS connects the sales handoff, job plan, equipment record, field work, review, deliverable, and real accounting costs.

Customers, contacts, pipeline, territories, estimate sheets, a reusable scope library, and branded letter proposals.
Scheduling, crew assignments, role-specific dashboards, submittals, one-line drawings, and coordination alerts.
Job costs, change orders, purchase orders, and vendors. Approved changes and actual costs connect to QuickBooks Online.
Test-equipment inventory, calibration status and certificates, lab procedures, quality metrics, fleet, and maintenance schedules.
Recruiting, offer letters, onboarding, employee files, PTO, timesheets, and compliance recordkeeping in the same operating system.
ampOS runs our operation. ampOS ACCESS shows you only your jobs, assets, and approved reports. There is no billing, payment, online ordering, report editing, or file upload in the portal.
Operational foundation
React and TypeScript on the front end; PostgreSQL on Supabase with row-level security; server-side PDF rendering; Postmark email; and Netlify hosting. Role-based permissions, audit logging, encrypted settings, daily backups, and system-health monitoring are built in.
If you run a testing company and want your own data, identity, integrations, and client portal, we’re preparing a white-label ampOS offering.
Register interestPlanned with its own database, domain, storage, and QuickBooks connection—without shared tenancy or data commingling.
Designed to carry your name, logo, brand color, addresses, and signer across documents and notifications.
A branded portal planned for customer.<your-domain>, backed by the same approval and access model.
Intended to be configured for each company rather than rebuilt from the ground up.
No. ampOS ACCESS is included with AMP testing work at no added cost.
Only invited users from your company can sign in, and database-level rules restrict them to your company's records. Reports are not visible until AMP approves and publishes them.
No. Your access is read-only: view, download, or flag a report with a written reason. You cannot edit reports or upload files.
Yes. ampOS ACCESS gives you an organized account for your work; it does not take away email delivery.
